I have tried a lot of different portable bowls for my very active dog but this one is hands down our favorite. It is large enough for my dog to get his face in it without knocking it over and I don’t have to worry about him accidentally collapsing it. It is easy to carry around, lightweight, and easy to clean.I bought it with the intention of using it for longer walks and hikes but it’s also been great for our vacations. These being two halves makes it a great alternative to packing my dog’s big metal bowls. It’s also really cute!! It is sturdy and well made. I’m really happy with this product!

Love these: bought two sets so each dog would have her own travel bowls. We've tried all sorts of others, including collapsible, silicone varieties, but those can be hard to wash, and surprise, can collapse too easily (not fun when you step on a water bowl in the middle of the night at the hotel and dump water all over the floor). These are lightweight yet sturdy, easy to wash and stack together. I like that the larger bowl (for water) has some grippy stuff on the bottom so the pups can't push it around.

Would only change one thing. The elastic which holds the two bowls together would help if semi to permanently attached to the smaller bowl (I use the larger for water so it better staying flat) this way it doesn’t go missing as mine did

I purchased this for hurricane evacuation, which could be considered an extreme form of camping. This set is just two bowls secured with a fabric-elastic band, which will stain easily. It doesn’t screw shut so this can’t hold liquids. This type of plastic will show scratches as well. This is more appropriate for doggy day care, but the strap will quickly get lost. The bowl is totally useless without the strap. The description really needs to be edited for accuracy. Returning for refund.
