This was the best of the 4 muzzled I have tried. The only problems were that it was large for the size (Small). I bought a cheap collar to keep him from getting it off his head. If I adjusted too tightly it rubbed and irritated his chin. Otherwise Very sturdy and my Frenchie was able to breath fairly well and drink water.

I ordered two of these for my male and female Pug. I ordered both of them the same size, XS. The muzzle fit on my male Pug, but was too big for my female Pug. I reached out to the company who sold the product and they allowed me to receive a second muzzle in a smaller size at no cost and not return the first one I ordered. I found their customer service to be beyond what is normal or even expected. But the product is very well made and works as advertised. I would recommend these to any one, but getting the right size is so important. I encourage you to put a lot of time into measuring before you order.

I read the reviews and it was recommended to purchase extra small for shihpoo breed. Well not all shihpoos are not the same. I put the muzzle on and my little guy then he shook his head and it was on the floor. I tried adjusting it to fit tighter but once he shook his head and it was hanging on his right ear. A waste of money in my opinion. What was suppose to be a suppressant for barking or bitting became nothing more but a dog toy to toss around.

My Shih-Tzu is a female weighing 5 KG / 10 lbs so she is average size for an adult Shih-Tzu. I purchased the smallest XS and it is simply too big and is easy to slide off. They need 1 to two sizes smaller for the Shih-Tzu Do not purchase unless you have a dog with a much broader head. Other than that it is of good quality and looks like it is made for comfort. So I would recommend for those who have dogs that it fits. I purchased it to keep my dog from biting at the nail clippers. I was afraid she would break a tooth. I will try this weekend to see if it helps and update my review later.

This was needed for my pug. He was licking a wound that had to heal. It did the job he was still able to breathe. It was only needed for a short time but did the trick.

My Brussels Griffon is just under 8 pounds. I did measure his head and the XXS should have fit, but even tightening all the straps it was still too big and the eye openings were not placed correctly.

Very lightweight and flimsy. Although it fit his face, he shook his head a few times and it fell off despite attaching it as securely as possible.
