Strongly recommend this product. It's strong, easy applicable, don't chip, bonds extremely tight, dries fast. I bought a extra gallon just to make sure it was as thick and protected as I wanted it on my old Chevy frame and it's yet to let me down yet. Saved me a tone of money from going to a company that does this and I think camee out better since I spent the extra time on it making sure to hit ever crack and crevous.

Overall, this worked mostly as expected, I was pleased with the result and I would use it again, but there are things to be aware of. The coverage isn't great. The instructions talk about 2-3 coats. Maybe if you're working on a very small project. I ended up buying a second kit so that I could do a second coat. Unfortunately, there is no economical way of buying more product without buying the kit, which gets you another gun. Although most of the gun seems to be fairly well made (out of metal), the trigger is flimsy plastic and frequently slips off of the activating plunger. Forget about trying to do it left-handed. The pressure gauge/regulator is worthless. It's essentially an on/off switch.

Used to undercoat a VW bug. Haven't used this before but had great results. Evenly coats the surface with a uniform splatter coat. Just like what I expected. Maybe not as extreme in material height like my professional truck bed liner, but certainly feels like it's going to protect the metal and not going anywhere. Dried fairly quickly and worked as expected. Cleanup was not hard with lacquer thinner on/in the gun.

Used to undercoat a vintage car. It’s a product made from asphalt. Looks very similar to what was used in the 1930s. It applies smoothly and easily with low overspray. The solvent cause peeling when covering certain paints, be sure to test an area before applying. Fairly strong order, recommend using outdoors. Lower coverage than you might expect. Buy extra. Provider sprayer works well.
