The first time I used this product it fell apart as shown in the photos. The pieces go back together but there's no way to know if it's reliable for a accurate grip measurement. Plan on sending it back.

This hydraulic hand dynamometer did the trick - accurately and reproducibly measures hand grip strength in multiple positions, able to be used both left and right handed. Dial includes a trigger that allows for maximum force measurement that is easily reset between measurements. Great tool for assessing grip strength.

The dial broke within 6 months and they only gave me 30 days to return it. My last one lasted 17 years. This is junk.

This item was perfect for our clinic, however the dial is not working properly and we just started using this item about 3 weeks ago. We are requesting a new one. For how expensive this is, I was hoping we can do an even exchange.
