It works when all others failed. Made it possible for my daughter to change a leaky spigot by herself. Kind of hard to use in tight spaces but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing! Well worth the money spent.

As you get older, dam near impossible to work on underside of toilet to replace new seat or work on toilet valve replacement. This tool works great.

Its a little flimsy but works great on simple applications. If the part is too tight, this tool won't work

As soon as I opened the box, I realized that this "tool" would not provide any real mechanical advantage for any difficult to operate valve or nut. As advertised, it will definitely help to operate hard to reach valves and nuts, but only those that would freely operate anyway. I returned this immediately and purchased a more "heavy duty" tool.UPDATE: I cancelled my return of this item because I misplaced one of the pieces. Since then, I found it useful as a spanner wrench to remove a retaining nut deep behind a sink well. The tool was stressed to it's limits, and it was deformed as a result, but it was useful in this respect. I still maintain that it is good only for light work.

Tool came with no instructions on various parts/applications. Since most instructions nowadays are pictures this tool could have its own picture book, alas not to be. Returned since my situation actually required a different tool.

This is not for professional use, works well for new installations, but not sturdy enough to remove old plumbing fixtures, spend a little more money if you want something more durable.

Worked for me. Some of the flange nuts were on really tight, had to put a bunch of torque on the tool to get them off. That caused the body to twist considerably but it held together.
