ZERO STARS. I bought these covers and they won’t even cover my standard toilet seat! I only tried to use 1 cover and it came apart. DO NOT buy these covers. They are a waste of money.

I checked into heated toilet seats after the blizzard of 2014 on Cape Cod. No electricity for 20 hours. It was warmer in the 'fridge then the house...I am NOT kidding. And to sit on the toilet seat was torture.Well, darn, they are quite expensive so I gave up on my dream LOL. So now I'm in Minnesota and it gets mighty cold when I turn the heat down at night so I found these. Oh what a relief it is!! They are not padded as others have mentioned but they are absolutely delightful to sit on for a quick, well, you know. I was going to take a break from them during the summer thinking the seat wouldn't be so cold but I guess the AC makes them cold too. So it's year round.I do wash them by hand, 4 at a time, put them in the washer for a brief spin and hang them to dry. They are somewhat fragile. Don't pull at the strings, just cut them off carefully. And it's fine. Threading the ring through is a bit dicey but it gets easier as you do them.I've had them for over a year, changing them weekly and they're still great. It's only me so your mileage may vary depending on how many are using the toilet.Now that I've totally spoiled myself, when I'm out and have to sit on that cold porcelain seat I can't help but let out a little yelp 😮🤣

Mine are sewn completely around so no opening to remove the plastic piece. One had a thread along edge unravel a bit but trimmed it off with no further problem. I have placed them standing along side of washer with other items & then lay out or hang to air dry & have had no problem. I like the comfort they add along with ending the cold seat problem. I read directions & never had a problem putting them on. They also stay in place well. At the price they are well worth it & I would def buy again.

I DETEST cold toilet seats!! I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of these having read some of the reviews BUT I am More than Warmly Pleased! The colors are pleasant, the soft knit, though thin, is plenty warm for a chilly seat. I washed them by hand (I didn't need to remove the wire) before using, had no trouble installing them, though they are a tight fit (I have elongated seats.). The photographed and written instructions are most helpful. They did require about a day to air-dry. All in all, I am Very Pleased with them and would order them again.

These do not work as well as the first covers I got (check out Legigo 5 Pack Thicker Bathroom Toilet Seat Cover Pads- Soft Warmer Toilet Seat Cushion Cover Stretchable Washable Fiber Cloth, Easy Installation Comfortable Toilet Lid Seat Cover(Knit Elongated Light). They come off too easily and are darned hard to put on. I would recommend the Legigo set. More covers and easier to put on. They stay on better too. Work on elongated toilet seats better.

These will probably work, unsure if they will stay on the toilet seat for very long, and are not what is described in the instructions. There is no tab with an opening to remove the plastic ring which needs to be done prior to washing. The way the casing is stitched there is no space to slide the connector on the ring out of the casing without possibly overstretching or ripping the knit fabric. It says it is cotton, but is very definitely plastic, whether polyester or acrylic fiber. The pile looks plush, but totally flattens when sat upon.

I have a very rarely used guest bathroom that has a wooden toilet seat. Honestly, if I could sue the former owner of my house for pain and suffering, I would. I have tried to get that horrendous wooden toilet seat off but the previous owner used nuts and bolts and I have been unable to remove it. To add insult to injury, the toilet seat has cracked and will pinch anyone's rear end when they sit on it. I had guests coming in from out of town and while putting some duct tape over the crack kept it from pinching, it looks ugly and it's bumpy and uneven.I was literally about to just buy a whole new toilet and have it installed when I did a search for other solutions.Fortunately, I found these seat covers and it helps cushion the toilet seat so that the duct tape isn't noticeable and it "smooths" everything out.Incredibly easy to put on and great value considering there were 3 for one low price. I might even put one on my master bath toilet seat even though there's no cracks or problems with that one. (They do make any toilet seat more comfy and I'm sure the added warmth will be a bonus when winter time arrives.)So for those looking for a solution to a cracked toilet seat that you can't remove for whatever reason, this is a great, low price solution that does NOT involve tools or frustration.

It doesn't suit all the closet brands and the quality is very poor. I couldn't use it and had thrown it off. Very sad.
