Easy to follow instructions. Easy to read measurements. Easy to heft onto my back when full, from tabletop height. Once the wand cap dislodged from the base, easily recapped by a 2nd person - I would've had to remove to recap myself. Used for 4 loads the first time out, and loved the power wand. Previously used hand pump devices - will never go back!

Directions need to be more specific the round washer goes on the metal rod, the flat on the front of the handle. How about telling where to plug the charger in, that would be nice also. The equipment performs wonderfully, good job on the engineering!!!

The unit seemed to be ok. I like the spray nozzles and not having to pump it or hold the spray button. Big problem was the hose would not stay attached to the tank. It screwed on but literally just fell off after a few seconds. I taped it on so I could use it but that’s not right. I’m returning it and requesting another one. Hopefully the threads on the new one will work properly.

Nice, heavy plastic. Metal parts where you'd want them. Comfortable straps. Long-lasting charge on the battery (so far, it seems). Can't say enough good about this product.
