Simply lay the strainer on top of an open-head drum or pail and pour your product through the strainer. Unwanted particles stay in the strainer while particle free product is deposited into your container. Strainer rim is made of heavy-duty HDPE (high-density polyethylene).

Worked perfectly for ceramic glaze. The 200 micron mesh is roughly equivalent to 80 mesh, great for getting lumps and large particles out of glaze slurry.

Snag in filter but works great anyway. Purchased as a third stage filter for honey. Works great for removing small bits of bees, pollen, and propolis from the honey that the 400 micron filter allows through.
