This scraper fit the Treager frate well. The wood is hard enough to scrape the residue off of the frate but not scratch the finish. It is easier to use if the grill is still warm.

Overall good quality scraper, do wish I got a bit longer version when using over heat, but overall works well and no worries of wire leftovers on grill.

I purchased this for my husband after watching a video of someone going to the ER due to a metal bristle. Apparently, it happens quite often. Well, I definitely don’t want to fall victim to that. My husband said, he likes it but it doesn’t clean the grill like our old metal brushes. I feel it’s a keeper and would purchase again. 4 stars only because it lacks in cleaning the grill well.

I like this new scrapper, I think I just need to get used to using it from a steal brush one. Very solid wood piece.
