hubby smokes brisket often. He was wrapping brisket in towel and putting it in a cooler to rest. towel smelled, cooler smelled even after washing. He used this bag and it worked great. I lathered up the bag with some dawn and rinsed with warm water and no order and dried like new. Definitely should buy if you smoke meat and need a resting place for your masterpiece! Good price and great gift idea. The size is perfect and fits a very large brisket.

I purchased this for my husband who like many guys is hard to shop for. This is the perfect gift for any BBQ fanatic. I will say I feel like this is more for smoked meats not something you would want to serve rare. This is great when taking the meat off outside so you don't have to worry about bugs or anything, you can just seal up the bag. The zippers work wonderfully and it feels nice and heavy thickness.
