I asked a question about these on whether I could use them for photos and then put a push pin through them to attach to a bulletin board. I had a few replies stating that they are thick, hard plastic and it wouldn't work, but I had already ordered them. When I received them, they are just like a thin plastic that is in a photo album. When you pick up the package, they are flimsy just like a package of report sleeves or sleeves for a binder. I hope this information helps others.

I bought 1 pkg. it arrived 2day , very happy with order , & fast shipping , well packaged , they come in a resealable bag. They are a perfect fit !! and they are top loaders !!!!! some others , are side loaders , or side & top loaders . These are just top loaders !!!! so your pictures don't accidently fall out !!! I was so pleased , I reordered 1 more package .. Taz

Maybe more of an issue with variances in photographs, but these sleeves can be very tight. I had to trim down some photos in order to get them to fit. Feel like they need to be just a millimeter or two larger. Once you place these in the 8x10 toploaders, there's tons of room in those, which makes me think that these could be a bit larger and not cause issues.UPDATE: after going through all my photos, like half or more don't fit in these sleeves. Going to try another brand to see if it's my photos or if it's more than likely the sleeves.

I collect autographs, and these BCW 8x10 Photo Sleeves work well for keeping them safe. The sleeves are crystal clear and archival quality, which is perfect for preserving my photos. My only gripe is that I wish they were slightly bigger — it can be a bit tight getting the photos in. Otherwise, a great product!

My 8X10 photo sleeves did not had the tolerance needed to insert a standard 8X10 photo print. I had to struggle way too much to get a photo completely inserted. Then no room for backing board. Very disappointed with this purchase. I had to order different brand which, I've used before, from a different vendor.

Technically speaking you could say these fit an 8 by 10 photo, but so tightly that its very difficult to get the photo in and you risk damaging it. Once in the fit is so snug that the photo doesn't lie flat in the sleeve. They would be fine if they were just a few millimeters wider.
