My son called me to tell me that my GoXLR would no longer be supported and would eventually stop working. Then he mentioned the Beacn Studio might be an excellent alternative. The Beacn is an amazing little rig that is small but powerful. With the help of a YouTube video, I had this up and running a few minutes out of the box. And the sound from my SM7B mic is amazing. I appreciate the small footprint of the device taking up a small space on the desk and the ease of setup. The software is easy to use. There is one minor improvement with the mute mic mute button that could be made; it emits a loud click when it pressed, and not practical as a cough button. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for a better interface!

I tried to boot up the software and my microphone didn’t even connect, it said it wasn’t even there. I followed the steps I had my mixer unplugged so the software would work but I did not. It definitely wasn’t the mic because it was plugged in and it said everywhere else I had the mic on. In my opinion I would not get this mixer.

This product is mainly designed for streamers in mind because of the whole way it is designed from the one input mic to the control software it requires to use it. The software is crucial for this product to function well and actually works really well out of the box for transmitting signals from different sources and kèeping everything organized. The software works well you just download it and everything connects easily and well including from my phone. The high gain mic preamp works well for recording voice as was promised. This audio interface seems great on the surface for different kinds of applications, but musicians beware... All the specs it has may be true but if you wanna make music with this I would recommend something else.The problem for me as a musician is unfortunately I can't mix properly with this audio driver as is. It's too quiet and produces an inaccurate soundstage. Every time I mixed with it it was too loud and I couldn't hear the details like I could with my other audio interface. So if you are just streaming I would recommend it, but if you are a musician I would try something else in a similar price range.

The product is pretty basic. It only has 1 xlr input, a headphone jack, and 1 volume knob. I just cant get over the build quality though. I can hear a loud clanking when i press the volume knob.

Theres no screen theres one knob. and thats it. you have to run software for it to work. I absolutely love that i can run my 2 PCs together and hear them both from one PC. takes a bit of setup on the software side to make your mic sound decent.

This has changed sooo much of my 2 PC stream setup it is CRAZY!! I can play 1 music on my Twitch and other music to my 5 other streams! My XLR pod mic sounds AWESOME! I now have ZERO audio latency between both my gaming pc and my streaming pc! My pod mic works for my gaming pc while my discord is on my streaming pc and BOTH work flawlwessly!!

Like the device and ability to adjust your 🎤with the software 10/10But the problem is this device died on me after the first week of using it couldnt power up.Could be faulty device or could be poor build 🤔 had to return as faulty

... If paired with a mix create. Don't get me wrong. I love this product, but I would never use it on its own without a mix create. I love the combo but it lost a star because to buy both of these together is super expensive. They should sell a combo and make it $100 cheaper.
