This quality roller worked perfectly and seems like it will last. Don't apply sound deadening without a roller. A roller ensures that the sound deadening will stick properly without peeling off later and makes the job much easier. This tool was totally worth the money.

Bought it because the lady on YouTube was using to press fabric edge for sewing. I like it. Works great for sewing. I don’t have to pull an iron out to press a seem. Worth the money. Not heavy, rolls well and smooth. Fits in the drawer on my sewing machine.

There were a few blemishes on the roller as seen in the image, which is why I am withholding the full 5-stars. Other than that, it feels sturdy and ready to tackle the jobs I need it to.

This roller came packaged well and as described. It feels sturdy and I feel like it’ll last for a long time. I used it to make my sound deadening material job easier in my 04 Ram and this worked great! It’s lightweight, easy to hold while using and the rolling action is smooth. You can get creative with how you use this but if you’re needing to install sound deadening material, do yourself a favor and get this to make the job faster and reduce air bubbles during the install.

Overall good quality roller. Just too hard for my application. I would say on the Shore A scale, this one is no less than 85 (pretty hard), I would say it's comparable to Roller Blade wheels material and hardness. Your typical tire tread is about 50-65.In other words, this roller will work well for very smooth surface application. If you have a surface with some ripple in it (like I do), you may need something softer.

Just spent about 7 hours rolling out the firewall behind the dash with sound deadener. The material was pleasant to work with (garage 68 degrees F). The real bearings in the roll made it easy to tack the material down. The handle is comfortable. I would have been nice if it was sold as a set with a roller half the width of this one.The roller itself did not damage any of the aluminum coating on the material no matter how had I pressed.This is one of those tools you only have to purchase once.Thank you
