The filter o-ring was OK but the housing o-ring was too small. I purchased the 2 housing o-rings from Honda directly. Filter is well made and fit just fine.

Its a direct fit and seems to function fine. There are two filters, this one in line and the more typical one in the pan. The box contains two o-rings (one on the end of the filter and one for the plate that holds the end of the pressure lines) while there are actually three o-rings on the vehicle with two o-rings on the plate. I ended up buying the 3rd o-ring from the dealer for a couple of bucks but in reality you could almost certainly just reuse the one you have that is not included. Mine looked perfect and was not deformed but since I had the new one I swapped it out.

I have a 2018 CRV EX. Only the filter element fit my SUV despite AmazonConfirmedFit showed a match. Kit came with two O-rings, only 1 that fits on the filter. Need two other O-rings, not included, for the transmission fluid warmer housing.I was able to find correct item with more exhaustive search on Amazon (not shown by AmazonConfirmedFit!) that listed matching Honda Part# (25450-P4V-013, 25564-5LJ-A01, 25565-5LJ-A01, 91305-PN4-003) and year/make model.

This filter is the same size of the OEM and fits as intended, the only down side I found was the o-rings it brings . As you can see in the pictures there's 2 o-rings:the smaller one works fine; this one goes on the filter as is inserted towards its socket.This CVT warmer uses 2 different sized o-rings that doesn't match this other one included, so in my case, it was useless...

O-rings are too small for 2017 Honda Civic EX but the filter it's fine but the rubber o-rings are wrong had to reorder from another manufacturer that had the right rubber gasket
