The effect is very good! It is very easy to install and the sturdiness is very good. The baby will never fall out of the bed when sleeping. The height of the guardrail is just right, which will not hinder the baby's activities and the baby is very comfortable when playing on the bed.Most importantly, its material is very soft and will not hurt the baby. I was intimidated by the number of pieces (partially because I’ve done nothing but assemble things for my newly adopted blind and deaf dog). However after I laid out the pieces as the instructions suggest it’s pretty easy. I needed an easy to operate and safe option for my blind dog to be able to sleep on the big bed. Looks silly but it works. Easy to put all the sides down and change the sheets (and have it look somewhat normal during the day). Definitely recommend this instead of the fold down type panels. So glad I found it.

Their manual promises support 24/7. However, the only form of contact is via email. The 2 large rods should be the same length or the panel will be square. If they do not reach out by tomorrow it's going back.Update. their 24/7 support is only an ink stain on the manual. I received no return contact from the company. This package appears to have been reassembled from various parts and pieces. Perhaps they are able to put together a good unit. But this is clearly not one of them. I was very disappointed that they really do not have any type of support. Back it goes and I will look to another company for a more quality unit.

I purchased this when my child out grew her bedside bassinet. I wanted to co-sleep with her but I was worried about her falling out of my bed. I purchased this set because it came with all of the pieces I needed. The assembly and installation of this product took about an hour with just one person. I have a metal bedframe and so I zip-tied this product to my bedframe for extra security. It works great! My child is now not able to climb out of the bed. You can lower one side of each panel for easy access to sneak out of the bed after putting your child to sleep. The buttons used to lower the sides are also quiet so I don't have to worry about waking my child when lowering the side to get out of the bed. I would rate this product 10 out of 10. I would purchase it again.

We bought this for our youngest. The little Velcro strip that’s supposed to be used to like hold/connect each side together is a pain to keep track of and if you have a sleeping baby in bed and moving to their crib good luck not waking them up. The long rope/strap that connects from sides in front of head board is a huge pain and if the rope is slightly too far down it won’t fully let the sides secure but you won’t know till you put some pressure and it goes down and kids could fall out, I also wish there was a different design for how the side rails snap/slide into the corner connector piece. It randomly moves and will just come apart and again it seems to be a hazard if a small child is by it or leaning on it. We don’t leave our daughter alone in this ever but there’s been a few close calls while we were all in there. Not a terrible product, but if definitely change some things

Our baby has just started to learn to climb the bed, and we are always worried that he will accidentally fall off the bed. The guardrail is very easy to install, and the material is very strong, so the baby can toss and turn every day when sleeping. The last time the baby turned over, the guardrail perfectly blocked him and avoided the danger of falling off the bed!

I highly recommend this product and this company. We bought these bed rails (78.7x78.7x59â€) to go on a queen sized bed for our granddaughter when she spends the night at our house. The order came very quickly but unfortunately one piece was not locking properly. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement piece to my home within 2 days. Excellent customer service! The bed rails fit the bed perfectly and mesh sides are nice secure and taut yet still are able to see through if need be. The sides are high enough to protect her if she rolls in her sleep and yet I know she won’t be able to climb out either.
