Bedazzler arrived with all parts intact. There is a learning curve you need to push through. Take the directions with a grain of salt, find your own way to make it work best. Sometimes it is putting the bead into the plunger, other times I push the rhinestone stud through the material and then push the plunger over it. I probably spent more money on this device than I actually spent on my pants, but I kept looking for pockets with some design - now I can buy any pants and make them my own.

First one broke before use.Second one lasted a few minutes longer.Plungers pop off easilyMost of the stones didnt set correctlyBetter off just doing by hand.Seriously do both waste ur time or money.

My 15 year old granddaughter is into retro decorating. She specifically asked for a 'Bedazzler' for Christmas. I could not find it anywhere else (she wanted the original that rivets the stones). She is having a blast 'bedazzling' everything in her wardrobe!

theres a reason why this quality bedazzler isnt at the stores. weak. difficult to use, pastic tool for metal rhinestones? that doesnt go well.

Just not a quality item. For $40 would have expected something a bit more substantial.
