It's not complicated, you hang your fresh pasta to dry. I do wish that the hanging rods screwed it, instead of just being a friction fitted. I'd probably buy a collapsible one next time so I didn't have to keep track of all the pieces.

So fun to use and easy to clean. Would be nice to have it come with a better storage solution but otherwise, great product.

I like the high and it's easy to clean. Goes together quickly just make sure your pasta has flour on it so the dough doesn't stick.

the idea of this is great, however the first time I purchased this it didn't have all the holes in the circle, and I ordered another one and the sticks are too loose and falling out. I will sadly not be ordering again and returning this.

I wanted a drying rack that wasn’t plastic and stumbled on this one. Removed one star because the dowels aren’t snug enough and a couple have the tendency to fall out with minimal touching.
