I got this as soon as I started PD. After nearly 3 months of using this device, I have had zero alarms traceable to a kinked line. As far as I am concerned, it works perfectly and does what it says it will do.

I didn't think such a little , spiral "thing" would work so well but it does. It keeps the tubing from buckling close to my body. I am able to check it when I am sleeping to make sure I am not rolling over on it. being a bit stiff, yet flexible, I haven't had one alarm going off at night since using it

It looks like a weak spiral binding on a book.No support whatsoever for the catheter coming from you to the connection. It is so flimsy, it would still kink within the spiral. If Fresenius is the company you use for dialysis, I just don't see how this could ever work.

This is very useful. We have used this since day one. It works very well. We notice how well it works when we lost it and had 3 alarms that night because slow drain, and to check line. We had to immediately re-order to get a good night sleep 😴.It is light. You have to make sure it is clean and disinfected always.

I find that your product is helpful in controlling some of the kinking that causes the machine to beep. It is not 100% but it is a noticeable improvement. Thank you for all your efforts to help.

This spiral tube had become very useful during my dialysis therapy sessions while I sleep because it keeps my transfer set from getting pinched and triggering an alarm while I sleep if you are using a dialysis cycler machine.

Product was next to useless in helping prevent alarms. Tubing just bends/kinks within an inch of exit site and creates an alarm situation.
