these are so so so helpful. I love to make Beer Can Chicken in the smoker. Instead of using the dirty, cheap, aluminum cans, I use these ceramic beer holders. They are slick, study, durable and stable. It holds enough beer inside to steam that little bird from the inside.PROS: Works great! Its sturdy, stable, safe and steams GREAT beer can chicken. It worked so well that I bought another pack of two.CONS: they can be hard to clean on the inside. All the beer/chicken juices can roll inside and when it does, its a little hard to clean the inside.

Easy to use and clean. Used with chicken and worked perfectly. Definitely better than those bare minimum folding metal styles.

These were dirty when they arrived in the box and one was broken. I was so excited when they arrived because we make beer can chicken all the time, but they were a big disappointment.
