The Henle, Urtext Edition is a beautiful, clean edition without misleading late 19th or 20th century editorial additions. Perhaps not the best edition for the novice pianist for whom t.f he added dynamic markings, fingerings, and expression marks are intended, but for those with more experience, the clarity is appreciated. This publication in hardback is doubly welcome as it lies flat for easy turns.

I love Henle V. Series! I still have volume 1 from when I was in 5th grade and 30 years later, I’m still using it! Great quality and untext, can clearly read and heavy duty!!

Top notch physical and print quality. The Henle Verlag products are hard to beat, particularly at Amazon discounted prices. I think the extra price is well worth it for the hardcover and the durable binding.

This book was ordered as used and was in mint condition with no marks, bends, or other mars. Henle has the best music editions available in my opinion. Three thumbs up!!
