After a year and a half the AES50 ports on the SD16 failed. The unit will no longer connect to my X32 mixer. Also, buyer beware of the 3 year warrant advertised in big bold letters on the Behringer website. It's only 3 years unless you register your product with them within 90 days of purchase. If not it reverts to a 1 year warranty and they will not honor the warranty. Behringer is trying to use this technicality to avoid any warranty work and hang there customers out to dry.

We have a regular 19" rack. The rack mount that came with my SD16 is about 2" too wide for the holes to line up on the rack. Amazon technical help is a joke and waste of time..

Module qui vient compléter la X32 rack. Peut servir comme snake, ou ajout d'entrée. Cela dépend de la configuration. Pour ma part, cela est vraiment important quand on a besoin de 32 entrées XLR.

Brilliant bit of kit. Not sure whether it works with other systems, but this integrates perfectly with my Behringer X32 digital desk. Assigning inputs and outputs is a breeze and as my first digital trunk, I am loving connecting with ethernet rather than a massive great analogue trunk! Individual selection of phantom power and control over individual preamps is a doddle. What's more, having a couple of channels with Hi-Z direct inputs saves faffing around with DI boxes and extra cables. It has really simplified my stage setups. There's not a lot else to say really. Build wise it looks solid, but again is waaay lighter than my old analogue stage box. It means less weight of kit to lug around and that is always a good thing. Even so, it looks like it will last well with large corner protection bumpers and take the odd knock on stage.

Excellent solutions piece.Note that Behringer and the AES50 cabling standard require a SHIELDED ethercon-style Ethernet cable.
