1. LET THE WAX POOL. Then you light the candle for the first time, please make sure to continue burning for at least 1 hour. This will fully liquefy the surface of the candle and make the entire top layer a fragrant pool of liquid wax. This way, you'll get the purest and boldest scent possible.
2. TRIM THE WICK. Keep your wick trimmed to 1/8" at all times. Having a very long candlewick will cause excessive flame when burning. This will further produce black smoke. Therefore, please use the scissors to trim the wick to the ideal length for the best results.
3. CANDLE BEST BURNING TIME. Do not exceed 5 hours. When extinguishing the candle, please gently blow out or use the candle cover.
4. BURN IT SAFELY. Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, keep it out of drafts. Never leave it unattended while lit, do not place where it can easily catch fire to prevent a fire from occurring. Keep away from children and pets.
5. SAY GOODBYE TO THE CANDLE. When the candle burns and only 0.08 inches of wax remain, it's time to say goodbye to your candle. If you keep the candle burning after that, the beautiful stickers on the surface of the metal container may be damaged, affecting the reuse experience.
6. CLEAN THE METAL CONTAINER. First clean with detergent, then wipe with a paper towel or rag. That’s all; your metal container is all set to be reused for all your related purposes.

First let me say, the candles are GREAT and smell lovely but not overpowering! I got these as party favors for my dad’s 70’s themed 70th birthday party. It’s hard to find adult 70’s themed favors but this was perfect and everyone loved picking one out. This is day 1 so I don’t know the burn time but they look well made and true to the pictures. The wicks are strong and burn well. The only thing that bummed me out was that the pictures and reviews showed a little “van†that comes with it and I was so looking forward to using that in our decorations, BUT the main purpose was the candles so I’m still happy about it! We did receive the temporary tattoos which was such a fun idea.

I love the concept of these candles, and they really smell nice I just wish there were more options such as more variety in scents and sizes available. They're definitely giftable as a few days after getting my set I got them for someone else as a gift.The burn time seems to be lower than mentioned in the description so far, but to be fair I burn candles all day everyday and I also have been giving each one a break every 5 hours. Overall a really nice product.

I'm really impressed with how accurate and potent the scents are. It is very hard to order candles online and know if they are going to really make the room smell or not. These are very small candles and I'm still not even sure of how many total burn hours they are going to give me and I really like them and really like the scent variety and the potency. My first pick out of the box was geranium and basil. It spoke to me as a good after a long day, rough day at work good relaxation scent.

This would make a great gift, but I loved it for myself too much! Each candle has it's own unique fragrance that's strong enough and long lasting. Each tin has a cute pattern on it that goes along with the theme of the scent. They even give you some cute little tattoos in the box. I would definitely buy again!

the scent was amazing, great packaging, and the tattoos/sticker were an adorable extra touch. I’m pretty nit-picky when it comes to scents/candles and all 6 were nothing but good, and burned pretty slow for being somewhat small! My one gripe is some of the packaging was off but whatever

I purchased this item as I was looking for small self-care gifts for my girlfriends. It was perfect as the box comes with 6 candles and I had 5 gift bags to make up. What was great is that I feel the candles were able to be matched to each friend's personality as they came in great names like 'Wild Bluebell' for my outrageous friend, 'Mountain Pine Tree' for the outdoorsy one, and 'Tropical Island' for my friend who would live at the beach if she could.I kept the 6th one - Black Gentleman - and love the scent. While these candles are small (can fit in the palm of my hand), I feel like the burning time was long and the candle will last a few burns.I would definitely recommend this product! In fact, I'll be purchasing a set or two for divvying up at Christmas or having on hand for hostess gifts and birthdays.
