The power strip has a head on the plug that swivels so it works much better in tight spaces. The cord actually comes out parallel with the wall instead of sticking straight out from the wall. The head swivels 360 degrees so you can take the cord up, down, left or right practically flush with the wall when coming out of the outlet. I rarely have an issue with pinching the cord and you can slide items practically up against the plug instead of leaving items several inches from the wall so they don’t pinch the plug/cord. If you want your power cord coming straight out from the wall I would recommend a more traditional power strip.

I've bought my second Belkin power strip now, and I have had extremely few issues with both units. They just work, pretty much no problems. I use one to power a mini fridge and another to power my TV and a few other things that are plugged into it. I've had no issues with these getting hot, or, obviously, setting on fire, and I remember that being a concern when I was purchasing my first one. The flat plug on these is also extremely nice.Pros:-Slim-Swiveling Plug-Black-No obnoxious bright lightsCons:-Relatively easy to hit the toggle switch into the reset position, simple to fix though as you just get up and flick the switch again and its fine.-The swivel plug can be a little difficult to plug into my houses outlets because the covers protrude a bit, but this is more an issue with my house and less an issue with the product.

Have trusted Belkin products for 20 years, and have their surge protectors throughout our home. Had a Belkin protector connected to our garage freezer for 4 years, which I replaced with this model after a pipe burst inside the garage flooding the old protector. Turned power off immediately and our freezer survived. Appreciate the clamping protection other brands don't offer, the rotating flat plug and compact size.

It's been working perfectly for me. I used it as a replacement for another "budget" surge protector I picked up at Target, which felt extremely cheap compared to this Belkin model. This model feels very well made and has been very reliable so far.I really appreciate the flat plug. It allows me to save space and use outlets that are behind pieces of furniture. Every surge protector should have that as a feature at this point. The only real downside is the way the outlets are positioned. They're somewhat close together and if you're planning on using most of them things can get very crowded, especially if you larger "brick" style plugs that need juice. It is difficult for example to plug in both an iPad/iPhone square charger and an Android phone charger in neighboring outlets. It's easy enough to leave a gap between outlets but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning on using all of the outlets or have more than one or two odd sized plugs.

I install these at work.I don't think they are good enough for a PC and 2 screens. But the fit the cubical back of desk spot just perfectly. So, they work great if they are not hit with a heavy surge.

The surge protector itself is good and seems like another, but the slim, 360deg adjustable plug is what makes this unique and a great choice if you find yourself in such a situation.I use it behind some tool cabinets in my garage that are only an inch or so away from the wall, so most traditional plugs would not fit. This worked out perfectly and allowed me to route the cord behind the cabinets where I need it

Nice surge protector with nice outlets that aren't loose! This feels sturdy as I would expect from Belkin. The cord length is good for most use cases and is thick so it wont kink easily. Luckily I haven't tested out the surge protection, but seems like its built well!

Used several of these for a long time (years for one of them) and they've always worked well with various lights, electronics, etc. Never ran anything approaching the wattage limit but have done some hotter electronics like desktop computers, AV receivers, etc.The swiveling plug is one of those things that would normally make me nervous (a moving contact point?! OH NO!) but it's so handy and the track record has been good with everything we've hooked up. I just find the plug to fit in so many places that would otherwise require moving furniture, not mention that it's simply sleek looking and feels tight/durable.

I wanted a few extra plugs for my electronics. This works great and is from a trusted brand! It does not feel or look cheaply made like the ones I see sometimes in Walmart or Dollarama. It works as it should! I haven't lost power yet so I am not sure of its capability for protecting my PC but so far so good! It is also nicely priced!
