Simple heavy duty construction. This will last forever. It's a great addition to a home gym.

I'd seen this product used in the gym. I bought it for home use. I feel like it gives good support to push upper arms out during dumbbell curls. Does what it is supposed to do.

I wouldn't consider this a gym essential. What this basically allows you to do, is preacher curls while standing. It's less expensive than a preacher curl mount so that's good, but it also feels less effective. Basically buy a gym membership instead of buying this. If you have a home gym, get this if you're bored with your current routine. Otherwise I would pass, not because it's a bad product (works fine) but because there are better ways to spend money to achieve goals that would be associated with this product.

Bicep pumps are insane now. I love using this with an aggressive ez-bar for curls. Fantastic.

It does the job it’s more comfortable than the titan one I have.

Bar is made of some nice firm steal. Nice ergonomic shaped arm holders, but they put a cheap thin strap and a neck pad that’s a joke, openings in the pad is wider than the strap and it keeps moving around and dose not stay in place. It’s just a thin piece of neoprene and not of good quality. They almost had it.

It is nice, does what it's suppose to. I have big arms and I wish it was a bit taller, it is tough to get the arms comfortable when there is not enough metal on the back of the arms. I would keep looking for one that is taller so there is more surface area for the arms to rest on when doing curls.

Item is sturdy, works well, and comfortable enough. Padding at the neck is sufficient and if adjusted properly does not put strain on the neck.

Just finished my first WO with this kit. For true comparison I did my first set with the AB and the second just as a conventional BB curl. With the AB I felt my biceps and forearms engaged more, way more in fact. Taking both sets to failure for the purposes of accurate comparison I got 9 reps on my first set with the AB and 11 reps conventional BB curl. But more reps did not involve greater engagement. Too, I find that with the ability to lock/drive the backs of your arms into the AB you become more solid in your stance, as a result my core was engaging to a far greater degree when looking to get those last couple of reps up. Set up is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. If using a barbell you will need to figure out exactly where you need to place your grip, as obviously your arms are set at a certain spacing when using this kit and changing your position if you did not get it right the first time awkward, best to put the bar down and reset I found. How high you want it to rest on your triceps is up to you. Doesn't seem to make much difference to the curl itself. The foam padding is comfortable. The 'cups' which hold the backs of your arms are angled up a little which is not the case for all others of this kind, and this ergonomic seems to facilitate better positioning of your arms and so a better curl. Overall, am very pleased with the product and will continue to use. And though individual experience is of course just that, really, for the price I recommend giving it a go.

Great product for a wicked pump on bicep curls! East to use and and adjust. Neck strap could be a tad more padded for those really heavy weights but overall great!
