I purchased to wear under a corset for additional modesty. It was fine, not itchy (for me). The fabric is obviously delicate, so be gentle. I wear a 34DD, neck ~14", and the medium size fit very snug - which is was I wanted so it wouldn't bunch or chafe under corset. If I was going to wear over a bra, I might have wanted a size up.

The fit around the neckline is a little bit odd, but it isn’t tight and it is stretchy. The quality of the lace feels cheap, but it still looks good. It will survive the washing machine, but you need to put it on delicate.
