I’ve worked with metal for 40 years. I’m very impressed with this brand and also it’s price.These discs are heavy weight, extremely flat, and sticks on the sander very well.They ship these in a cardboard box and they aren’t shrink wrapped. That is a GOOD THING!PLEASE NOTE: I only mention this because shrink wrapping sanding discs often RUINS THE DISC! The shrink wrapped discs tend to get an edge curl. The edge curl hinders getting good adhesion. The disc can then fly off which is very dangerous. I bought a package of shrink wrapped discs from another brand. I ended up throwing that brand away. At $8 these quality discs are worth every penny.

I bought these for a bedroom with wide plank floors. I put them with the Orek XL orbiter and used the brown pad.These sanding pads did a great job for the most part, considering the machine I used is not primarily a sander. My only gripe is that the pads could certainly be stickier. I had a few come off and would not stick back on. I felt there needed to be more glue. However this is a cheaper alternative to the Orek brand.

Had to cut down 12" to 9" to fit my sander. My size since not available thru amazon. Stick on sanding disk works as expected. would recommend.

When I first received my order of 60 grit 12" discs I though maybe they had sent me 80 grit, instead. I didn't want to attach a disc only to find out that I didn't like the product and would then be stuck with the order because you're not getting these off easily! (great adhesive) Anyway, they quickly answered by questions about the discs and told me that they would make it risk-free for me to try it. That's pretty amazing, right? Anyway, a few days later I was able to try one out and I have to say that the cut is definitely fast and I didn't lose any abrasive testing some mild steel grinds. Seems Zirconia is harder/sharper than most abrasive material so the size of the grains aren't as large as other abrasives. This wouldn't be a problem unless you're looking for the striations left by standard grits. For example, if you're doing a 100 grit brush finish the actual grain size matters even if the abrasive cuts just as well.Zirconia is so hard it's actually somewhat self-sharpening. Good stuff!Again, the company worked with me on the grain size concerns and now I am going to buy all my abrasives from this company. I like it when I'm not left hanging or holding the bag and this company made trying their product easy. I'm sold. BTW, I ended up using their 40 grit to get the same cut as other 60 grits. Not speed of cut or cutting ability... just that the appearance of other 60 grits. I hope that makes sense.
