I wash everything I buy before using it but when I learned I'd have to use air to dry it I thought it would take forever. It didn't. I had to put it in a second time for half the time and it was dry. It's the softest throw I've ever had.I've only washed it once and don't think it will shed like a lot of blankets do. There was very little fuzz in the fuzz catcher.It's a great size also (60x70). Most throws aren't long enough. And it's warm.It feels and looks like a quality item but I can't speak for how it will hold up. Time will tell. It was worth the money for me.

This is second Berkshire Snoopy blanket I've bought. The first one I got a couple years ago at a local store, but my daughter's dogs kind of tore it up.I was very happy to find a replacement. It cost more than what I paid for the first one (at TJ Maxx), but it's such a nice blanket. It makes a perfect weight bed covering for my grandson, and for our mild Texas winters. It washes very well, and comes out of the drier so soft and comfy!
