The device worked well but the directions were skimpy. They showed how to assemble it but not how to use it. I watched several YouTube videos to learn how to operate it. You will need a set of micrometers in addition to the bore gauge.

Works as intended, but the dial indicator is really cheaply made and not sure how long it'll last.Compared to a high quality bore gauge, like a Starrett for example, it's a solid -1 star.But, for the price and once in a blue moon use, it works just fine.

Defective as manufactured. The great price attracted me, but when I received it and found it to be not working I returned it the same day.After a close examination, I see it didn’t work due to parts that don’t align correctly (as manufactured) and cannot be adjusted. That explains the great price. I suspect all the models like this on Amazon suffer the same problem. I purchased a totally different design gauge instead of trying one in a different colored box.I do not recommend this gauge.

Only used once so ... as far as accuracy seams up to par. I'm manly using on motorcycle cylinders and it's accurate enough for them. I've wanted one for twenty years finally an affordable dial bore Guage. For 70 bucks who knows how long you it'll last? I like it tho ðŸ˜
