I am not one to write a lot of reviews, but I do make the time when I really feel others might benefit. We’ve been putting off getting an outdoor canopy for a couple of years now. We have a large umbrella that we use on our patio, and unless it rains, it’s enough to shade the sun while we eat. However, we’ve been going to more outdoor events with our children and grandchildren, and recently started selling at flea markets. Yesterday we used it for the first time at a vintage flea market, and I cannot believe we waited so long. When you open it for the first time you will be amazed at what the 10x10 size gives you. We were able to put our 8†table, 2 chairs for us to sit, and all the products we were selling easily within, and still had plenty of room for our customers. Best of all, we had more customers coming to our booth because it was cooler underneath than anyone else’s. We also had a surprise rain shower, a downpour actually, and not a drop came in through the canopy above. There were other canopies and umbrellas at the show but none to equal. At closing, my husband was talking with someone with a similar canopy, who was putting it away and I noticed the material was not as strong as ours, and the metal used seemed more flimsy. It has a similar setup, but just appeared and seemed to be less sturdy overall. We also didn’t open it before the show yesterday, and I was nervous about doing it “live†in case we had issues, but it is literally as easy as it says; I previously watched the video and it works as advertised. When we were done, I told my husband I wanted to try putting it away myself, in case I do a show on my own, and it was so amazing and easy to do, and this is coming from a 71 year old grandmother. I’m sure I won’t be able to do it in 60 seconds, but now I know I can do it alone in about 5 minutes. I do read reviews before I purchase and I saw some negative reviews, something about the poles, but I would say as long as you open and close it properly, they are definitely quite strong and should hold up for many years. I did decide to get separate weights for the 4 poles (40 pounds total), as I thought it might be quicker than using the 4 stakes, and it worked really well. But I’m sure the stakes would have done equally well. I ordered the weights that I found on the same page as this item, and they were so easy and quick to use. Between the price, the quality, and the functionality, it’s a definite win for us.

So many tent reviews say easy to put up, one person can do it but I have found that’s RARELY true . I’m a soccer team manager / soccer mom/ and I have to get the team tent up quickly and down quickly between games . The last tent started looking crooked and was easy to blow over .I could not believe that this tent was truly a one person job. Don’t get me wrong two people would make it a tad faster putting up but the simple push up center and lock was a breeze . The legs were sturdy and strong material not the aluminum type that the sporting goods store tents are .Size was good as well 2 feet bigger than the standard and added just enough extra shade versus trying to set up 2 smaller tents . Easily covers soccer bench plus more .Very happy with purchase

Previously owned an expensive, brand name pop-up tent for 5 years. Once it broke, I didn't want to replace it with another pricey tent. I thought I would try this one out and I have not been disappointed. It's easy to set up and sturdy. Use it mostly for the soccer field. Not disappointed. Now I need to purchase the side walls.

This canopy is easy to transport, it fits into my car trunk, it is easy for me to lift and super easy to set up. One person can easily set up. It kept us dry in the rain. The drawback is that it is very lightweight. While being easy to lift and transport, it worries me that it can blow over with high wind gusts. If you use this canopy make sure you weight it down. It did blow over while open while I was removing the weights to pack it up, and it was difficult to turn it over in the wind, was like a large open umbrella. I don't recommend for windy situations.

I'm an author who attends many events during the year where I need a good canopy to keep me (and my books) out of the sun. This one is the best! Very well made and durable. I had a minor problem with it, notified the company, and they quickly and fairly resolved it.Although it is 10' X 10', I can easily set it up and take it down myself. And when I go to an event and everyone has either a white or a blue canopy - my red one really stands out.One hint: the canopy part comes very nicely folded and fits in the convenient carrying bag. But, after I used it, I couldn't fold it up that tightly so I simply bring a cloth grocery bag to put it in and put the metal frame in the carrying bag that comes with it. Works like a charm. You won't be disappointed in this canopy, or the company.

Very patriotic! Perfect size and very durable. Easy to set up but I needed help the first few times. Now I can set it up and take it down alone.

This canopy has been a game-changer for my kids’ baseball games. It’s super easy to set up, even with just one person, and provides plenty of shade for the whole family. The material feels durable, and it held up great on a breezy day. It’s also lightweight enough to transport easily, which is a bonus. Now we’re the go-to spot for everyone who wants to cool off at games!

We had this for about a year. It is very easy to put up. Once you get the hang of it, one person can put it up and take it down in about a minute, assuming you leave the canopy attached. We used it regularly at the park and beach with only positive experiences. The canopy stayed in good condition. It is a bit heavy. The wheels on the case help, but you really have to muscle it along. (It works best if you have a wagon to transport, especially off-road.) The case was good quality and durable.Unfortunately, one ill timed gust at the park sent it tumbling across the grass and snapped a leg right off. Now it’s a heap of twisted and tangled metal sitting by the dumpster at the park. We will likely replace ours with the same model. I would still recommend this, but be sure to treat it gently and leave it at home on breezy days.

Used pop up canopy once. The cross members bent and the canopy ripped. The seller refused my request to return it because it was a few days passed the return date. Tried using Amazon's A to Z guarantee and they gave me the same response. Maybe they should call it A to A guarantee.
