This is a beautiful jewelry cabinet and worth the money. I had one problem, a piece for the bottom stand was broken, but I contacted the seller, and they replaced the part with a whole new jewelry cabinet. Typically, the seller sends out just the broken part, but since it was out of stock, they sent a whole new one. They stand behind their product and provide excellent customer service. This was an amazing Christmas present for our daughter, and she loved it. We got the one with a light that can be turned on and off. It has an exterior full-length mirror, and a mirror inside to try on jewelry that might go well with an outfit. Small jewelry boxes are not big enough for the collection of necklaces she has and she can hang them up without all the hassle of getting them tangled up.

I bought this storage mirror to organize and declutter my spare bedroom (which also serves as my dressing room since I have a small house with no closet space). There were other designs I liked better than this model, but since others had remarked on the good customer service from this company, I went with this in the event the mirror arrived broken or the piece was defective or missing parts.The mirror armoire arrived a day early and I was a bit concerned when it was delivered as the the box had some holes poked in it. Fortunately, everything was there and accounted for and, most importantly, the mirrors were intact. The hardware was all in nicely labeled bags making assembly pretty simple. My one gripe here is the back of the drawer cabinet does not have pre-drilled holes, and you have to screw in not two, not four, but TWELVE TINY SCREWS by force. I got annoyed after one and will likely break out the drill today. Otherwise, easy to put together but you WILL need someone to heft the mirror cabinet up while you attach it to the arms. The finished product looks nice enough and certainly has plenty of storage space. I’m taking off one star because of the weird blank area in the door storage. It’s a waste of space and I’m not sure why they didn’t put more necklace hooks or a bracelet rod there. I had to double check the product pictures to make sure something wasn’t missing. Also, the interior light, while nifty, is not terribly bright, but good enough to use for putting on jewelry, I suppose. Definitely not bright enough for makeup, unless you’re just throwing on some lipstick.All in all, I’m satisfied with it and think it will prove to be a useful piece of furniture.

I love this!!! It is the perfect size for the space. It was a very good price for a great product. It was also very easy to put together. I recommend buying it for all your jewelry.

So it was tricky to put together. I did it. Took me all night. It’s super heavy. Build it where you want it. However. After being built for a week and not even being used as I was saving it for a birthday gift - the weight of the mirror has warped the door. It won’t close. The top is cracking. And the light inside when I put batteries in it is torn by a piece of wood that splintered the led strip. I don’t expect this to last even a year. For the price I am sad. My daughter loves it. I know it’s not going to last as it is just too heavy for the particle board faux wood they made it out of.I can’t return it as I burnt the box and it took me hours to put together how would I even send it back.It is pretty. It has a lot of space and the design of it is nice.Oh it also does not have stud earring spots. Only hanging ones. My daughter wants me to drill holes for her earrings like mine has but the design wouldn’t work for that.

Very disappointed in this item. The instructions are not good in the manual. It took several hours to work on putting it together only to discover the LED light doesn't work and the back is broken. Not sure if this is worth exchanging but it was our daughter's Christmas gift and we just now assembled it. My advice to anyone purchasing this item is to check that the LED lights work immediately upon arrival which requires 3 AA batteries. Also check that the back is nailed correctly. Fortunately we are still within the warranty/refund/exchange period. Now we have to return it in the same box in order to get a refund or exchange and the unit is already assembled. Not worth the time, frustration and return. Save your money.

I have purchased a similar item before and had a bad experience where the mirror was extremely scratched and with these items being so heavy and large, obviously they're difficult to return. That company did not make good on their damaged product, however this company had amazing customer service. I was excited to set this up and felt really frustrated when i opened the main piece (armoire) to see that the inner mirror was cracked, in pieces and unglued from the back of cabinet. I figured I would give it a shot and messaged the seller about it with photos of damage. They responded right away and are sending a replacement. This was a very pleasant surprise that this company did what very few companies do, but SHOULD do and made good on their product! If the item had not incurred this damage, it is a beautiful, well made piece. The wood is solid and product is heavy because it is made well. Yes you need to assemble it and there are quite a few pieces but if you take your time to go through instructions, which could be more thorough but are sufficient enough, you should be able to properly assemble the item with a standard phillips head screwdriver. Thank you BCP. So long as the replacement does show up and fingers crossed that it is not damaged lol, I would buy from this company again for sure.
