It took me a month to use this after I bought it. I had several pics, documents and videos that I wanted to copy for family members. Once I’d gotten my master copy completed, I was ready to use this. It has worked consistently, copying up to 300+ gigabytes at a time. It takes what seems forever to copy, but it is well worth the wait. It copied individual folders and all their contents and it frees up my computer. It erases and copies and is very easy to use. It is exactly what I need. I highly recommend.

I have a Raspberry PI 3B+ computer class in Haiti and this duplicator makes it quick and easy to make duplicate microsd cards for each computer and for spares. I also use this to copy my PI 3B+ server 120Gb SSD. The desktops avg about 8 - 10 minutes to copy and the SSD about 75 min or so.

I'm an engineer, i've used this kind of equipment for my entire life. The instructions are confusing at best. Not all instructions are included in the pamphlet. It was somewhat useless.

This BestDuplicator UB300 works, but man, is it slow! To copy 764GB took over 36 hours, way longer than claimed, and than on my PC. At least it works; the first 2 thumb drive copiers I've tried didn't work at all with 1TB drives (StarTech USBDUP12 and EZ DUPE MK-II). Besides the slowness, the UB300 controls are poorly labeled and the instructions are cryptic; but it does have a helpful LCD display and several functions besides copy (erase, compare, format, etc.). When will there be an inexpensive thumb drive copier that's as fast as a PC?

Good value for money. The interface is crude but very simple. Its functions are exactly what is needed for the job. It only copies what you need, and the verification after copy (if you selected that option) is as fast as my FlashDrive will allow (BestDuplicator checks that speed for you). To load 344MB customer training files on fifty slow 2GB flash drives, and it took me slightly under 2 hours - copied and verified. The BestDuplicator box was sitting on the table next to me while I was working on my computer, so time was not an issue for me. FastDuplicator conveniently beeps after the copy of each pair of flash drives from the Master flash drive. I only wish it beeped slightly longer - because sometimes I missed the signal as I was too involved in my work :) - which is why I only gave it 4 stars. The BestDuplicator is brand new, so If it does not fail within one year, you will not get an update from me, otherwise, you will.

This item doesn't work with large video files. It only works with one USB and the other one just sits there. Definitely won't copy two as advertised. Real bummer.
