UPDATED my review with this lift cart with images of the repairs and with load/boxes with the platform both up and down also including a yardstick for size reference. Hope this helps.I'm Filipino and this works wonders if you plan on filling your Balik Bayan Boxes (or your Atlas Xpress Padala Boxes) to the brim and sending them off. This makes lifting and loading into/onto your vehicle easier. Buyers, this is gonna sound boring but read, see and think if this will work or be ideal for your uses.Works great with my Toyota Sienna.Arrived damaged but to be fair and real, the item is heavy and I didn't have high expectations that it would've arrived unscathed in any way. But lucky for me, after taking a gander I understand the design and knew what to do to repair the damage or at least lessen the damage with the right tools which I have.Pros:+Heavy Duty Steel+Powder Coated+Good Welds (Not cleaned but I can't argue)+Ideal for loading into/onto Car/Van/Short Pickup Trucks+2 Rear Locking Caster/Wheels+Great aid for single person lifting/loadingCons:-Plastic and wobbly handle for lowering/relief valve-Plastic rollers for the scissor lift (Though they seem thick enough) but already see signs of it chipped off-May arrive damaged, scratched, nicked, broken-May not be high enough for some tall/high Pickup TrucksNot necessarily cons but could be pros if applied:=Does not have safety lock/pins to keep the scissor lifts in place (like what some car jack stands have)=I may add a semi-rubber or a felt pad mat for easy sliding/moving of load on or off the cart=I may also add a rubber strap(Nashua Stretch Seal) on the cart's pull/push handles for grip and comfort=Wish the release lever was made of metal and sturdierI'm impressed by the overall design and some of the little things added that were thoughtful. Such as that rubber bumper between the foot pedal and the cart.Seems they were not cheap with the welds which is good, nice thick welds on areas of heavy stress, and cheap adequate or spot welds on reasonable areas, where low stress is applicable.Knowing what it is, I expect the box or possibly some parts of the lift cart to be grazed, scratched, and/or a little beat up. Be real with yourself and expect contingencies. Don't expect someone to break their backfor your replaceable item.Weight tested the product and it works, though I did not use close to 500 lbs but somewhere close to about 220 lbs or so give or take of wood and patio tiles/paversNote: here on AMazon product says its load capacity is 500lbs but in its instructions manual it says its load capacity is 150kgs = 330lbs approx. So not 500lbs?arrived way sooner than estimated, so kudos to FedEx for the speedy delivery and he was able to lift and carry this heavy item up my stairs. I did not expect him to but also if he didn't I would not blame him.

Just what I needed to get things out of my car including my Pro GoKart. Easy to put into the position. Move and lock wheels. slide the kart on it. Wheels are large enough to move over paved surfaces. I could not be happier

Seller communication STELLAR!!! Will use to remove my two window air conditioners and store them in a separatr supply room. NO BACK BENDING or STRAINING, LIFTING, WALKING WITH A/C OR BENDING KNEES TO LOWER A/C TO FLOOR; amd then pulling them out for Summer 2023 to put back in windows! THANK YOU!

We purchased this for our garage and we move very minimal items that weigh less then 500lbs for sure, maybe 50-200lb AT MAX and this unit already started leaking it was great the first day or two, and now we have fluid leaking out the bottom of this and its very disappointing because it would of been a great tool.please do your self a favor and just buy one at full price from your local supply store, i.e harbor freight, at least you can take it back and get it exchanged or your money back, i don't even want to go through the head ache of taking this to an amazon return drop off as its pretty heavy.Super wack.

I wanted this for my mom but it’s heavy. It is hard to pull over small steps. It works as described and feels very sturdy.

I needed to move pool table slate. Its locking and height adjustability helped extremely in moving the extremely heavy stones by myself. Very useful little not so little tool.

Il ne s’agit pas d’une énorme table industrielle, mais d’une petite table disposant d’une puissance suffisante pour les menus travaux. 500lbs, c’est suffisant pour mes besoins. L’article est livré pratiquement complètement assemblé, les roues sont solides. Seul bémol, il y a quelques bosses et imperfections au niveau de la peinture, mais considérant que cette table aura la vie dure, c’est un moindre mal pour le prix.

This product does not work, return has been requested, they send me a return lablel where I have to pay to return and take this to a post office, what a waste of time and money and super hassel in resolving the issue. Why would someone buy expensive product which comes damaged and they are making it harder to return. What a waste of time.Please Help
