These are wonderful stools. The base is ubiquitous, used with so many different seats. I had a set with very simple flat seats. For my new apartment with a counter I wanted something nicer. These are very nice. The seats are bigger than I expected. And the padding is MUCH more than I expected. Even the back and bottom are padded, not as much as the part your body touches. It surprised me that they padded the part you don't sit on. They seem much more expensive than their price. Could not be simpler to assemble, and very well designed packing in a smaller box than I would think possible.Great style, price and quality.I couldn't be happier.UPDATE..... Well it's now Sep 04, 2016 and I love these stools even more than I did before. This style seat is so comfortable for my big bottom. I sit at my counter for hours on my Chromebook, instead of sitting at my computer desk. I am so impressed with the amount and quality of the padding on seat and back. Definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made.

This is the second pair of these chairs that I bought. The first pair have broken several times the welds in the socket on the base of these units are too few and far between, and they break very easily. When just one or two of the wells failed. I used epoxy to try to stabilize the base, but eventually, the amount of torque from sitting and moving around in these chairs broke up the epoxy. Then a couple years ago I took it to a buddy of mine. He’s a welder and he added a few spot Welds. In retrospect, he needed to put a lot more spot welds. These chairs get any kind of regular use. They will absolutely fail within a year or two. If not sooner that’s why they are so inexpensive. The pair I bought were $100 for two the pair I just bought was like $42 for two the rest of the chair. Construction is very very well built. Just know if you get these they won’t last the reason why I gave it five star rating is because, they are really super cool, looking and very unique! The fabric and padding on the chairs have held up great I sit in them all the time. The hydraulics work exceptionally well for lifting up and down the swivel works flawlessly the chrome on and the base seem to be very high-quality , unfortunately the welds are a major fail. I haven’t assembled the new chairs yet because I bought a small welding machine to be up the bases. I will practice wells on the old chairs which both now are completely completely non-functional. If I make the chairs work again, I’ll probably just give them away… The red fabric has become a little faded and worn overtime because of a lot of use and the new ones just look shinier And newer

I love the color that I have chosen,red and was very easy to assemble. I wanted to wait a while to give my review 3mo's. They are light and the lift works fine also very easy to clean, just water and paper towels. For the price not bad for the quality and perfect for my kitchen counter space and as for comfort it's ok I don't plan to set on them all day 😉 I put my bar stools to the Mommy test lol I love my Mom but she's really hard on things no matter how much money I spend on things so it took me a while to make-up my mind to buy or not to buy and I did read up all the negative reviews, but in the end it all depends on how you take care of things. Yes they are light and easy to move and not for children that don't know how to sit right. I got alot of compliments. So far so good and I'm not sorry that I bought them. Not happy with the shipment, it took too long

They are very easy to assemble, proper instructions are given. They look very lovely in my living area. Took me 10-15 mins to fix both of them. I was able to fix it alone. The leater is also good. For the price its very good product. I have seen stores selling samething for more than double or triple the prices. Definitely It is a buy for your house. They have multiple colors as well. The reason i gave 4 star is i see slight folds of one of the stool. Else i would have given 5. The quality of the metal is strong, nive back support as well.

Very easy to assemble, took me 10 minutes to get it together. Instruction manual was straight to the point. Love the feel and the look. The adjustable height is great. Very lightweight and sturdy. I bought 4 and very happy with my purchase. Well worth it I'd say.

POSITIVE: They looked good.COMFORT? So and so - takes some time to get used to them, but now...NEGATIVE: They started squeaking after a couple of months - did not think too much about it. But then it started to get annoying and they are loud + they started to become wobbly. I contacted the seller and told them the issue. The answer: "sorry, you are our of the 3 months warranty". Did not notice they have only 3 months warranty, but I guess it makes sense, since they are not built to last even a year. We had another set of 4 and they lasted for 5 or 6 years until the covers started to peel off; but never an issue with sturdiness/safety and noise/annoyance. At this time, they don't feel safe anymore, as the whole chair tilts back and forth slightly and it looks like it gets worse with use/time.WARNING: So, if you want something to last more than a few months, get something else. And customer service: not recommended, because they do not take any responsibility for a low quality product.

Great price, easy assembly, nice color seems durable. But the comfort is not the best. I fluctuate between 215 And 220 depending on my workout regime. They're alright, they just could be a little bigger for me. Or just less slotted for a seat.

A diferencia de bancos mas caros o los que se pueden encontrar en tiendas especializadas en muebles, estos son acolchonados, lucen bien y puedes pasar una cantidad de tiempo considarablemente larga sentado en ellos (3-4 Horas), como en todo siempre hay puntos que mejorar y en estes caso el acabado tiene ligeros detalles que podrÃan ser corregidos, aun asi se merece 5 estrellas

We liked these.So far, looks like good value for the money.The only thing we needed to get used to is the butt cousin has an odd bump in it like it is trying separate your butt checks, no too uncomfortable that you can't get used to it.
