My contractor did not account for the shallow wall space, and so for a couple years I was living with a protruding switch box wrapped in electrical tape after he promised to come back and swap it out and never did. I was sick of the eyesore and really wanted a dimmer switch anyway, and this thing was perfect. Shut off the breaker, clipped and stripped the wires. Put them where they go and used the included caps to secure the connections. Taped them up. Screwed everything into place. Decent fit. Turned breaker back on. Perfect.

The switch installed easily. The dimming worked well with both LED and regular bulbs. I like that it can be used either as a two way or three way switch

I like this dimmer but, it comes in a gold color and it does not come with a matching cover. Considering the color is not very common, you would think that a matching cover plate would be included with the dimmer. Not only that, the seller does not have any single matching covers in stock. Sad!

We decided to change all the switches for our LED lights into the dimmers, and we sorely regretted the Bestten choice. Some dimmers work normally, approximately 6-7 out of 25. Some dim, but only halfway, and some don't dim at all.We trusted the high number of stars and nice reviews, but this product is very problematic and should be avoided. It is less expensive than some other brands but not worth it.

I've used Bestten electrical switches and plates to retrofit my entire house, as well as that of two friends. These units (when bought in bulk or separately) are priced well below local home stores. I have not had any issues with the switches, outlets or these decorator LED dimmers. They look great singly or in combination with other single or 3 way decorator switches.

I used this kind of dimmers for a remodeling work ..first project they worked awesome no problems second order for another project 8 out of 10 ..2 of them was not working properly 1 turn on and but not dimming the other 1 dimming good but not turning off …but the costumer’s service completely responsive really good service..of course I’m still waiting for the 2 they sent me by mail but after all is a good product specially about the price

Of the 10 lights one didn’t work but the rest were good and it was a great price! The named brands were $45 each!!! These did the job!!!!

I have purchased 3 times 10 pack of these dimmers. Love them, and I have just purchased 10 again for a new project. I am not sure where to write to the store, so I will write here; 1 of the dimmer is defective and only work as a switch. How can I get a replacement? Thanks, Andre

These Dimmers work fine. I found when adding two or three to a junction box it gets really lacked in due to these have wires and merettes not screws on the dimmer itself. Adjustable brightness along with the dimmer slide is good too but if too low my lights won't turn on unless dimmer is out back to full strength. Not sure I would buy this brand again but for the most part they work as described
