These are better than the original brother labels because the original brother labels are shiny glossy material film and these are matte film which are more usable for my purposes

The labels are deceptively thin - I actually thought they were paper labels at first. I realized, though, that I could not rip or tear the labels - they definitely are a plastic film with a matte finish, as described. The print quality is quite good - comparable to OEM labels. They suit my needs perfectly. Will definitely be reordering!

So much cheaper than the brother version that I have saved the cost of what I paid for the machine. The only thing that differs is that the end of it is glued to the cardboard roll so it does make the machine hiccup when it’s time to replace the roll. So, I don’t recommend using it right to the end. However, I also love that they minimize the plastic if you buy the larger packages.

I've been fermenting a lot of food. For fun and good health. I'm not selling these, and I'm kind of just playing with my food. To look good, and to keep track of what I'm doing I need labels that don't smear when they are wet, and that I can remove from a glass bottle without leaving behind a residue. These labels can make it through the dishwasher intact (I've only done that by accident), but still can be peeled off cleanly.

Print outs are not always clear. Text sometimes jagged. Printed on new Brother unit that otherwise prints OK.

After printing, the black "boxes" that are on the backing of the label, well they are still visible on the label after peeling and sticking. It is so visible that reading what you've actually printed on the label is difficult.

Works as well as actual Brother Labels, no issues. Shipping was quick as well.

Well, I thought I'd save money over the Brother brand label tape, but the quality of printing was so poor that I am returning this and buying the more expensive Brother tape. This tape loads no problem, but the printing is splotchy and faded, not at all like the genuine Brother tape. I have learned my lesson and will buy the original from now on.

Labels will peel off very quickly no matter on what type of surface they are attached.

I actually found these a lot stickier then the Brother original.fits perfectly in to my machine so very happy.

...compared with the price of the original DK tape. This one here is a little thicker and stronger, and I appreciate that it isn't glossy like the Brother tape, but matte. It peels off the carrier even easier than the original, regardless the probably even stronger adhesive. Where I tried it, and compared it with the original DK tape, this one here does always better.We all are aware of the ridiculously over priced tapes from Brother, with easily 1000% markup from the factory to the customer. This one here is not cheap either, keeping in mind that it is produced for probably just 2 or 3 bucks. But it is in my opinion the better tape, for 55% down. Still a smoking deal.
