Just what I was looking for. I have 2 larger slow cookers-but needed a smaller one. I like the oval shape-cooked evenly & kept food warm-not too heavy to transport & easy to clean. Very happy with this slow cooker.

It's hard to buy a cooker like this online I took a chance and it's a very good unit built well doesn't take long to heat up the ceramic black inside part ,nothing sticks to has a nice glass lid and heats very well clean up is very easy dishwasher just the inside and the lid not the cooker itself you just wipe it down I love the red it stands out on the countertop if you need one this one works pretty good inexpensive and of course you have the Amazon guarantee if you don't like it you can just send it back I think you'll keep it.

I had an issue due to damage in shipping. I was immediately sent a replacement.This is a VERY large slow cooker! if you have a lot of people to cook for, or are making large batches for freezing, etc., this is great.FYI: Because if the size, it tends to run hot. It will boil - even on low setting, if you don’t have a lot of food in with the liquid.

It took over 14 hours to cook 2 boneless Chicken Breasts and some veggies. I used low for 8 hours, the 2 hours on high. Still not done. Had to refrigerate and tried for 4 more hours on high the next day. This is not a "slow cooker" it's a "never get cooked crock pot" I ended up throwing it all out due to fear of eating after refrigerating mid-cooking. Should have trusted some of the reviews I read. Save your cash, don't buy this brand. Jmho
