Nice as it gets. I have windows 11 and use Sony Vegas Pro to edit. After pluging it in, I opened Vegas, turned on my camera and clicked capture. Instant gratification. I could then operate my camera from my computer. Beside backing up some old tapes, I Thought of using my camera again because it was a high end 3ccd camera and functions better than any other one that I have

Added this card into a new PC build so I could use an older audio interface. AM5 motherboard with a Ryzen 7 7800x3D processor, 64G DDR5 RAM with Windows 11. Every time I went to load the legacy drivers for the device I would get the BSOD. After two complete OS re-installs I removed the card and everything is stable. Thought I could get away with a cheap card. I was wrong.

It works good but the issue on my pc is when i try to turn it off it gets stuck on a retaring loop and blue screen will come on saying that windows has found a issue and i can't turn it off with this card on so i just forced it with the botton and removed the Card and my pc came back to normal all drivera seems to be up to date on this card any ides how to fix it

Almost caught my 4 thousand dollar computer on fire. Sparked and started to make crackling noises and smoking !! I immediately shut all power to my computer and pulled it out.Could have fried my motherboard but luckily it survived. Would not buy this again.

A primera vista el producto parece de mala calidad, pero la verdad es que estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. Únicamente instalé la tarjeta en el puerto correspondiente y conecté el aparato (Handycam Sony) mediante el cable que viene incluido, que sÃ, es muy corto, pero funciona. Utilicé esta tarjeta para pasar el contenido de unos cassettes MiniDv de mi cámara Sony DCR-HC62 a través de FireWire o iLink y funcionó Perfecto con el sony vegas. La calidad es superior a que si transfieres el casete mediante cable de video compuesto. El precio se me hace muy accesible, lo recomiendo al 100%

Necesitaba agregar IEEE1394 a mi PC para conectar con una videocámara Sony y transferir sus cintas de video al disco duro. Esta tarjeta funcionó perfectamente y utilizando el driver automático de Windows 10 con Photo Gallery no pudo ser más fácil. Al conectar la cámara a la PC, Windows automáticamente sugiere importar los videos, rebobina la cinta, comienza la captura e inclusive separa las diferentes tomas en cada cinta y crea archivos de video independientes para cada una ordenados por fecha y hora.

Solo tengo Windows asà que no se sobre otros sistemas operativos. En Windows 10 tuve que buscar en internet porque mi PC la reconocÃa conectada pero sin funciones hasta que descubrà que win10 no tiene drivers FireWire asà que después de mucho buscar di con los mentados drivers y ya quedó. La tarjeta no es los profile asà que si tú torre es pequeña tendrÃas que tener la PC abierta mientras la usas.
