We used these to carve pumpkins as the ones that come with the kits do not do a great job at all. Now that the time for carving has passed I use them for all kinds of things. They have held up well and for the price you can't go wrong.

The blades were shorter than I expected, almost paring knife size. They cut well, and a decent blade for the price. Appear to be of good quality. Time will tell, and dishwasher cycles. Maybe not a pretty knife to use for company, but it does cut nicely.

We were happy they are sharp, and for the price nice knives......But now 6 weeks later they are rusting, and we Hand wash them with most of our dishes , mainly the plastic stuff and silverware I never saw the rust spots until now. I say buy more expensive ones , because now we have to trash these and then spend $30 or more to get good ones..
