I have a long one and it's perfect. Mainly because I'm somewhat blind and this is bright if I drop it my phone. It also serves as an easy way to pick it up. It's really easy to throw around my neck when I'm trying to carry in groceries. Gonna buy another one so I have 2 different colored ones.

The lanyard seemed like a good idea in theory. (I am forever setting my phone down around the house and having to call it to locate it.)It very likely the issue I have had is a result of the case I have on my phone. The anchor for the lanyard goes between the phone and the case. There is a tab that extends out of the cut out in the case for the charging cable. When the lanyard is in place, I am unable to put the charging cable fully into the port.YMMV depending on your case.

This is on my phone 24-7. One of my contracts has me out in boom lifts as high as 75 feet in the air. It's not great to be holding your phone but sometimes to communicate we have to and I have seen one too many phones crash from that high up so this has been perfect. I thought I would just use it for work but now I never take it off. It's so convenient. I always look like Im an employee because I have a constant lanyard looking thing on me. I had gotten flat materials and this corded one is much sturdier. It also looks more stylish and feels more secure. Great find.

Came with zero directions, not even pictures. In the listing it Said that there’d be plenty of room in opening to charge phone. There isn’t so it is pushing against case to point where I have to take off case a little. This is going to wear on my case. I think it should have a sticky so the tab can be applied to the phone. Right now both the plastic piece and the material loop are coming through the charger opening so it’s too much for the opening.

Ordered this to try and really like it. Cord was a bit long for my liking so I loosened the cord from the studded ends, shortened it and put the grommets back on the ends.It is very handy when you don’t have pockets.
