These abrasive discs come in: 2” diameter x 1/16” thick x 3/8” metal center and 2” diameter x 1/32” thick x 3/8” metal center - each with a Max RPM of 30,000. They're a popular choice for automotive collision repair, arrow shaft cutting, cutting auto body panels, exhaust pipe, rebar, frame rail, and rusted bolts.

These ultra-thin cut off wheels are made with a premium aluminum oxide grain and deliver a consistently accurate, quick cut while minimizing kickback. Typically, thinner cutting wheels produce fewer burrs during the cut.

Had my doubts but it held up well, I cut a bunch of 1/2†bolt studs and it held it pretty good. Will be purchasing more of these in the near future

Discs hold up well. They are small so they are better suited for tighter areas where a 3" wheel would be too large.

Some thinner resin wheels cuts better, but costs 20 times more.This one is slightly thicker but more reasonably priced.It is 1mm thick, so a bit more than 1/32" if that makes a difference to you. It made a difference to me in cutting multiple pieces from a single material.Main disappointment was the arbor not fitting because of bits of leaked material in that area. I had to ream out all wheels to clear out the arbor. At $1 per wheel instead of $20, though, the saving is enough for me to deal with it.
