Perfect for 2 yolks/3 whites souffles - the right single serving size for a healthy appetite. The dish cooks evenly, retains heat well and looks impressive on the table. Makes it look worth all the work you went through to make the souffle. You don't have to spoil the presentation by scooping out portions from a larger dish and then plopping them on individual plates, or worse yet, letting your guests serve themselves. Good replacement for one that I had broken. I love the size: a frozen block of soup or stew from a one pint ziploc container slides in perfectly and microwaves in 6-8 minutes. Clean white glaze, it matches the vintage French ones I have. Excellent value.It arrived a week ahead of schedule and was very well packed.
