Last year for Christmas my daughter gave me a Bialetti Impact frying pan for Christmas. I love it so much that this year I bought this Bialetti Impact Chef frying pan for my daughter in law. She also loves it. I hope Amazon will increase the options available to purchase. Highly recommend it.

I bought this pan at BB&B and it’s a workhorse. I wanted a pan that I didn’t have to baby. I use metal utensils, it goes in the dishwasher, it stacks with other pans. It really is nonstick, a total breeze to clean up if the dishwasher is full. I use it almost everyday. Had an Italian guest who taught me to make Cacio y Pepe. This was the pan he used and, although it’s not a traditional pan used for this dish, it’s the one he used chose to use for the rest of the visit. Guess what he’s getting for Christmas.

The Bialetti Titan series of pans are the best I have owned. I actually had a problem trying to identify where I could get this one to complete my set. My highest recommendation to everyone.
