My newborn LOVES these, it is the only pacifier she will use. She is 7 weeks now and still loves them. These have held up great, they still look and function like when I got them 7 weeks ago. The only issue I foresee with these is that she can chomp on them pretty hard, which could teach her to do the same while breastfeeding (which wasn’t a problem for me as I exclusively pumped).

These have the cutest pattern and stay in my baby’s mouth so well. She’s exclusively breastfed and has no nipple confusion. We love the Bib’s pacis so much I’m about to buy the bottles as well.
