It was convenient sized so it would pack away into a little pocket

I was intrigued with this tool set... but a bit surprised at its heft when it arrived. The good news: It's substantial main plastic body provides a solid mount and grip for using the screw and socket drivers in this kit. It feels up to the task of tightening any bolts it can accommodate! I also love having a 4" adjustable wrench in my bike kit for its versatility and the one included here seems of OK quality. My newer bikes don't have a lot of applications for the socket drivers on this tool... but I was disappointed in experimenting with them that the sockets didn't stay on the wrench well. The driver arm has a spring loaded ball to retain the sockets... but the sockets seem to lack detents for the ball to "grip the socket"... so if you jar the wrench or swing it too fast with a socket attached... the socket may fall off. Handled gently, the sockets stay on... so it is "workable", but that need for gentle handling seems counter to the beefy nature of the handle. The sockets I tried on various nuts and bolts seemed to fit and do their job reasonably, as did the metric hex wrenches. All in all, its a reasonably handy collection of tools... but probably heavier and bulkier than I want to carry with me.

I just didn't notice that the tools don't remove from the base. This feature does help with losing pieces thoughNot all of the pieces stay attached though.Great number of tools, that are useful. All the best & God bless.

This multi function tool is an absolute for me as i take it with me anywhere when i go biking as it comes handy to use just in case i need to repair my bike if some mechanical problems occur. It is a 16 tools in one with 3 hex keys,4 sockets,a wrench,a socket connecting rod,3 flats and 3 phillips to make it a complete multi function tool for any repair. It is also a great tool to take anywhere such backpacking, climbing, boating, river rafting, camping or other outdoor activities.A very useful tool.

This is very different for a bicycle multitool. And that made it interesting enough to catch my eye. Sadly, different and interesting seem to be different than useful and functional here.Tools included are:* A mini adjustable wrench, that looks cool but realistically won't provide all the much grip nor leverage.* 3 Different size Allen keys: 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm, but not labelled* 3 Different size flathead screwdrivers, and the sizes aren't much different so I can't see the use of included 3 of them.* 3 different size Philips head screwdrivers* A Square driver for sockets and 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm heads for a socket wrench. This is kind of cool, but socket wrenches haven't been a standard part of my bike maintenance since the 90s.* A pointed punchNotably missing for a *bicycle* tool are* Any sort of tire levers, or help with patching flats.* Any sort of chainbreaker or master link pliers* The 3mm Allen head I need to adjust the pads on my disc brakes* The 8mm Allen head I want for my pedals* An m25 Torx driver for my rotor bolts. While this is cheap, a Crank Brothers m19 doesn't cost all that much more and has a much better tool selection for today's bicycles. And for general purpose multitools you're likely better off with a Leatherman or one of the off brand imitators. And for a cycling multitool, this is big and heavy. I'm no weight weenie, but the weight here makes this not worth carrying as a secondary multitool.
