Works great although not as well as my old one did. Takes longer to warm up and not as warm on 9 as my old one was on 6. Dual controls are great for 2 people who do not like the same heat levels for sleep.

One was purchased many years ago as a gift and it's still working. When another brand was failing, went directly to this brand and bought another. Now we have 2 - one at each house. Love the pre-heat!!! So nice to crawl into a warm bed when it's less than 10 degrees outside. Pro's beside the heat, auto turns from pre-heat to last setting and auto shut off. Cons - the light indicators are bright so we just cover them up or place them on the bottom shelf of the side tables. Will never go back to another kind.

I put this under my regular mattress protector to help distribute the heat and it is still mostly just warm where the coils are.Nevertheless, I like it and would purchase again.

This matress pad is amazing! I have been using biddeford heating pads for well over a decade now and will not use any other company. I highly recommend it. The level of heat is amazing. It stay nice and toasty for SEVERAL hours and all through the night. it warms up very quickly. The dual control is a must for 2 people in the bed so both people can set thier own levels of comfort! if you live in a region that has very cold weather BUY THIS as it will help you sleep so well on cold winter nights.

Only used for a few months and not super consistently. One side now only says "E" when turned on. Will not heat up. Tried all "suggestions" for a fix with no luck.

Fits bed, love the controls, easy to see, has power on high heat to warm up the bed, then lower heat for sleeping. GREAT!

Fast arrival, cleaver routing of the cords and I don’t feel the heating cords as I lay on them (except for the warmth of coarse). We have had several mattress’s but I like this one the best.
