APPLICATION
CNC Machine Tools
The cooling pipe can be used to spray water, oil, coolant on the machine tool, or used for blast cooling spark machine, spray flushing agent
Workpiece Tool
Cooling pipes are suitable for lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, electric pulses and other jet fuel injection equipment, which can provide better lubrication and cooling effects for workpieces and tools
Hydraulic Machinery
The cooling pipe can be used as a curved pipe for water/oil blowing in metal machining
CNC Engraving
It is used to spray water to cool the tools when carving jade and stone to ensure the life of the spindle
NOTE
- Clean the liquid shall be used.
- Do not use liquid-corrosive.
- In the liquid without pressure output required to ensure that the air pressure in the range 5-7KGF / CM2 (atomization and gas, associated gas pressure).
- Use the liquid viscosity at 68cSt or less.

I actually use this for air. I connected it to a laser air assist pump for clearing away chips on my tabletop CNC. No air leakage anywhere that I can find.

J'utilise ce double pulvérisateur sur une station de perçage Dremel...facile à coupler avec une pompe miniature basse pression (5 watt) J'utilise l'un des deux tuyaux pour le dégagement des débris et l'autre pour la profondeur des perçage et ça fonctionne vraiment bien pour le jade lizardite et le quartz 😀

Accidentally ground a hole in the tubing in my single nozzle unit so thought I’d try this one …two nozzles might work better … unfortunately not: regardless of air & water flow settings I could not get water flow to produce any type of a misting … once the air was turned off the water leaked through into the nozzles :-o … I attached this double nozzle system on my old unit’s base & had the same result … there is no inner tubing in this design in the nozzle tubing vs the single nozzle design unit I’ve used in the past … have purchased a single nozzle unit again that has the inner tubing
