The chair got delivered early and was easy to set up for the most part. My only problem was the parts packet was not tagged following the connection diagram. Other then that it rolls smoothly and is vary comfortable to sit in while at my computer.

I am extremely satisfied with this office chair!The assembly was incredibly easy, taking only about 20 minutes. The instructions were clear, and all parts were well-organized in the box, making it a hassle-free process.Once set up, the chair proved to be very comfortable. The ergonomic design provides excellent lumbar support, and the cushioning is firm yet comfortable, making long hours of sitting much more bearable.The chair is also surprisingly spacious, offering ample room to move around and shift positions without feeling cramped. I especially love the adjustable armrests and tilt feature, which allow me to personalize my sitting position for maximum comfort. This chairs is very comfortable, good quality & very nice looking. It rolls perfectly on the glass mat we have.The only draw back was the directions to assemble. I've assembled many pieces of various furniture & such and had a bit of trouble understanding the pictures & direction. The casters (wheels) had to be pushed down with more force in a specific area to fully engage or lock in. The back assemble was the most difficult as I did not have help to push & hold the back in place once the holes were aligned to attach the bolts. I also had to unscrew some a few times as I did not first understand the correct position. So once it was done it is a great chair. It is a bit larger then my husband perhaps needed but it allows for icepack & pillow behind back.

It's a fine chair, but I don't at all think it was worth what I paid. This is NOT a big and tall chair. I have several, this is not in that league at all.The lumbar thing doesn't do much and the chair doesn't lean back (though it should).It is by no means a bad chair but it surely wasn't worth the price. Shipping was delayed by one day for some reason, but it arrived fairly early today.For anyone thinking of buying the chair I suggest you use the QR code they include and watch the brief assembly video. It's quite useful. The directions that came were very good as well.
