A great workout. But you need to stick with it. It will also help if you alternate with another one of their dvd's (they recommend yoga on this video, but I've found that the Cardio Max one is good one also).

Love dvd but came scratched to death and skipping thru warm up seems it fell off holder in case during delivery and scratched it up

I have been over weight for a very long time. Two years ago I purchased this dvd and it sat on my shelf for a year. I finally put it in my dvd player and pushed play. It took a little time for my body to get used to working out, however once I got going, and ate a proper diet, I have lost 80pounds and I feel great! I have also purchased other dvds from the Biggest Loser that are more difficult and I enjoy the challenges they offer. I definitely recommend these dvds.

excellent product. Started my weight loss journey with this disc. Lost 30lbs with this workout alone. Highly recommend. The "cast" are not all super fit models that don't or haven't ever had to lose weight, they are real people who have lost, or who are working on it. It makes the whole experience of starting out that much easier. It can be done.

Tough for the novice to start the program, but provides modifications which help. Not the easiest program to do with bad knees though.
