Love the Bigsby tremelo sytem. That wasnt my issue.I tried to save a few bucks by buying this thing "used", only to receive the thing in poor packaging, and missing the main spring, which renders it useless.I then sourced the spring elsewhere. And my anticipated savings quickly turned into a loss. I simply didnt have time for Amazon's return process..But if you are looking to add a Bigsby to your guitar, i highly recommend it! they are awesome! Check out the "Vibromate" adapter as well. It makes installation incredibly easy.Just buy the thing new, if you want one.
