Respect for standing by their product even after sale. As far as my experience with this product and seller is overall, you can buy with confidence.Original review: While armed with volume set on HIGH, I’ve come back to find the alarm in silent mode (no sound, only blinking red light). Renders alarm pretty much useless since I depend on being able to hear it from where it is parked.The remote is comically large: remember those Kids ‘pow ‘pow Power Wheel toy vehicles? If that thing had an alarm, this remote is what it would look like. Not only that, the case the remote is made of is oddly loud if that makes any sense. Of course, plastic hitting another object is going to produce sound but -if it slightly even rubs on anything (keys for example) it’s extremely louder than any other plastic on the planet. I don’t know what material it’s made of it’s an acoustic amplifier of some kind. Irritating

Attached this to my car charging cable to hopefully prevent the cable from being stolen. Seemed to work well for about a month. Then, even after swapping out batteries, it stopped working. This is a revised review because manufacturer reached out to me and offered a full refund without being prompted. So, don't worry about possibly getting a unit that might fail. If you do, you'll be taken care of.

I like that this alarm has three sound levels, so I can adjust it depending on where I park my electric scooter. I’ve got it set to the second level on my apartment door handle. I got it for my e-bike and found a good spot to mount it. I tested it out in my driveway, and even a small shake of the bike set off the alarm. After shaking it a bit more, the full alarm went off—super loud! I could easily turn it off with the remote. It’s currently set to the highest sensitivity, which might be too much on a windy day. The sensitivity adjustment is handy; right now, even a light touch sets it off, and moving the handle definitely triggers it. Every place is different, but the second sound level is pretty loud. Overall, it’s a solid basic anti-theft device. If you’re using a bike rack, just set the alarm when you leave and turn it off when you come back, and do the same when you lock up your bike while riding.
